Our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Committee and Network promote and advocate for CALD staff. We:
- value staff diversity
- recognise the value of cultural intelligence that CALD staff contribute
- identify and remove barriers ( such as cultural, social, organisational culture, psychological, bias etc) through education and awareness
- champion the voice of CALD staff
- promote a more inclusive work environment.
Our senior executive-level CALD Champion supports the Committee. They advocate for CALD staff interests, perspectives and concerns.
