The Ripple Effect 

The Ripple Effect helps to explain the flow-on impact of Global Sisters’ work with Sisters. This includes the flow on to the Sisters’ communities and wider society. 

Several factors supporting the measurement and reporting of longer-term outcomes are discussed including: 

  • the guidance of a clear purpose 
  • a focus on continuous improvement 
  • integrating feedback from Sisters 
  • the use of storytelling and qualitative data.
