The annual Australian Public Service Employee Census gives staff the opportunity to have their say on important issues in the workplace.

About the census

The Australian Public Service (APS) Employee Census is a voluntary survey available to all APS employees each year. 

It gives our staff an opportunity to have their say on important workforce issues such as: 

  • job satisfaction 
  • employee engagement 
  • workplace culture 
  • leadership 
  • general impressions of the APS.
