About this resource
On 1 April 2020 the National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2020(Opens in a new tab/window) (2020 Regulations) came into effect and replaced the National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008 (2008 Regulations) that ceased operation under the sunsetting provisions in the Legislation Act 2003.
As part of the 2020 Regulations, there are a number of new and changed provisions (now known as sections/subsections).
