Building Employer Confidence in Disability and Inclusion (BEC) 2021-22 grant round

In October 2022, the outcome of the BEC grant round(Opens in a new tab/window) under the ECP program was announced. Grant funding of $20 million was awarded to 29 organisations across Australia to increase the confidence of employers to hire and support people with disability. Grants covered a broad range of disability types with projects aiming to: 

  • build the ability of employers to hire, support and retain employees with disability 
  • create inclusive workplaces by breaking down attitudinal barriers.
