This Guideline outline the responsibilities and required actions of a Disability Employment Services- Employment Support Services (DES-ESS) provider (herein referred to as ‘DES-ESS provider’) in regard to assessing a DES-ESS Participant’s eligibility for Work Based Personal Assistance and the provision of Work Based Personal Assistance, including Work Based Personal Assistance Only.
