Enhanced Income Management - Stakeholder resources
Income Management participants now can choose to move to enhanced Income Management and get a SmartCard.
Newly eligible participants will commence on enhanced Income Management and get a SmartCard by default. No new participants will get a BasicsCard.
These resources will help you support people in your community to understand these changes. For example, you can:
- print the fact sheets and make them available in shop fronts and other community hubs
- print and place the posters in public spaces around your community, such as on bulletin boards
- share the social media posts on your personal or professional social media accounts
- use the Easy Read versions to guide discussions with people to help them understand the changes, and where they can find more information and support
- download and play the in-language audio files for people who speak a First Nations language.
