About this resource
This report reviews the Employment Assessment Tool (ESAt) policy and processes for referring people to jobactive and Disability Employment Services. A person with disability, illness or injury may be referred for an ESAt to identify their work capacity and barriers to work and the most appropriate employment service program. The review was undertaken by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on behalf of the Department of Social Services.
