These Guidelines outline the steps to be taken by Disability Employment Services Program Providers (referred to as ‘DES Providers’) to identify participants for whom they may be eligible to claim a Moderate Intellectual Disability Payment (MIDP) on selected Disability Employment Services Program Fees.
