The Department of Social Services is hosting a National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Exposure Draft webinar. It will take place on Friday 6 September at 12:30pm to 1:30pm (AEST). To register for the webinar, visit Humanitix(Opens in a new tab/window).

What is the NPA program?

The NPA program provides independent assessments to support people with disability in the workplace. NPA providers deliver:

  • Ongoing Support Assessments
  • Supported Wage System assessments
  • Workplace Modificiation System assessments.

In line with the new specialist disability employment program, the new NPA program will continue to deliver assessment services from 1 July 2025. 

What will the webinar cover?

The webinar will take place over an hour and is an accessible live streamed event.

The Disability Employment Implementation Branch Manager, Jacinda Still and the Director of Supported Employment Policy, Carolyn Graham will provide an overview of the NPA program and present the key elements of the Exposure Draft.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to DSS subject matter experts.
