Have your say on the impacts of housing stress and homelessness in Australia

Join us for our final public webinar to help inform the development of the National Housing and Homelessness Plan. This event will be held on Zoom on Monday 30 October 2023 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm AEDT.
To help more Australians access safe and affordable housing, the Australian Government is developing a National Housing and Homelessness Plan (the Plan) in collaboration with state and territory governments. The Plan will be a 10-year strategy and will set out a shared vision to inform future housing and homelessness policy in Australia.

An Issues Paper has also been released for public comment. It provides a brief overview of some of the known issues in different parts of the housing and homelessness systems and poses a series of discussion questions. Share your views and help support long-term change for people experiencing housing stress or homelessness, visit the Engage website. Consultation closes soon on Friday 20 October.
