Investment Dialogue for Australia’s Children Roundtable – 15 November 2024

The second Investment Dialogue for Australia’s Children (IDAC) Roundtable was held in Adelaide on 15 November 2024. Discussion focused on practical ways to:

• improve the wellbeing of children, young people, and their families
• reduce intergenerational disadvantage. 

The establishment of the IDAC Social Impact Investment and Advisory Working Group was announced at this meeting. 
The advisory group will help governments, investors, service providers and other partners to collaborate on individual projects under the Commonwealth Outcomes Fund.

It will provide broader support of the fund and explore a range of partnership options. These include:

• investment
• capacity building
• working alongside communities, intermediaries and partners.
