Thriving in Adversity: A positive deviance study of safe communities for children

This is the final report of the Thriving in Adversity study conducted by researchers at the Social Policy Research Centre (SPRC), University of New South Wales (UNSW) as part of the National Research Agenda for Protecting Children 2011-2014. The study is a contribution to the research priority ‘making a community safe and supportive for its children – understanding the conditions necessary to create a child safe and child friendly community (Promoting Safe Communities)’.
