The Disability Reform Ministerial Council (DRMC) met on 1 November at Festival Tower in Adelaide. Commonwealth, State and Territory Disability Ministers were in attendance.

Disability Ministers discussed a range of disability reform issues, including NDIS markets, quality and safeguards of NDIS participants, NDIS legislative reforms, Foundational Supports and Disability Advocacy. 

Ministers endorsed the approach to updating Australia’s Disability Strategy (ADS), the approach to the new Targeted Action Plans (TAPs), the draft revised Data Improvement Plan (DIP) 2024, and the updated Commonwealth, State and Territory Supported Employment Plan.
