Election to receive an incentive as a tax offset certificate or monetary payment - schedule

You must use the form and schedule to make an election to either receive an NRAS incentive as a tax offset certificate or monetary payment. Applications must be completed by charitable institutions only. Only charitable institutions can change how they elect to receive how they receive the incentive.

Once completed, please submit your application form and schedule to nras@dss.gov.au.
