Consolidated Place Based Income Management Evaluation Report 2012-2015

This document is the fourth Deloitte Access Economics evaluation report to be delivered to the Department of Social Services (DSS) as part of the evaluation of Place Based Income Management (PBIM). It is a consolidated summary of all findings from previous reports, including all new analysis since the third report. It involves findings from analysis on PBIM customers and stakeholders who have been involved with the measure.
