Communities for Children Facilitating Partners (CfC FPs) AWP template (effective from 1 July 2022)

The Activity Work Plan (AWP) provides details on the activities to be undertaken to support and achieve the vision and priorities identified in the Communities for Children Facilitating Partner Community Strategic Plan. The template has been updated in a similar format as the Standardised FaC Activity AWP template, while capturing the information required of Facilitating Partners, and reflecting the content of the Community Strategic Plan.

This AWP template is for activities from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, with the flexibility to extend to 2022-24 if desired.
