The Partnership Priorities Committee steers better policy and delivery outcomes for Australians.

Purpose and role

The purpose of this committee is to steer better policy and delivery outcomes for Australians. We do this by further embedding partnership culture and behaviour in the public service. We want to ensure a consistent, natural and early impulse to engage and co-design with: 

  • First Nations people 
  • communities 
  • states and territories 
  • business 
  • unions 
  • non-government organisations (NGOs) 
  • tertiary sector

Members endorsed the Terms of Reference out of session in August 2024, following amendments to the committee’s membership.
