Have your say on draft lists of NDIS supports

The Parliament of Australia is considering legislative changes to the NDIS(Opens in a new tab/window).

If the changes are made, there will be a new definition of NDIS support to enable more flexible plans for participants.

The NDIS Review(Opens in a new tab/window) heard often, from many participants, that they need greater clarity on what they can spend their NDIS funding on.

We invite your feedback on draft lists that would set out what NDIS funding should and should not be spent on.

Your feedback will help the Australian Government make sure the lists are right.

Consultation is open until 25 August 2024.
