Care Sector Demand Map is now available

The new Care Sector Demand Map is now available. The map helps providers understand the supply and demand for NDIS and aged care services.

The new map replaces the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Demand Map. It includes aged care data alongside NDIS data for the first time.

The map has information about NDIS and aged care supports and services in a location, including:

• how many people are receiving services
• the size and type of services being provided
• how many providers are operating.

The map also helps providers make informed business decisions and plan ahead by showing the demand for supports and services. This includes showing the number of NDIS care workers that are needed in the future.

You can use the new map on your computer, tablet or mobile. You can also search it by postcode, local government area or statistical areas.
