Evaluation report of the the Child Care Links (CCL) Initiative, one of the Early Childhood Initiatives under the National Agenda for Early Childhood. The CCL Initiative aims to improve the health and well-being of young children and to strengthen the resilience of their caregivers by using child care services to foster the development of child-friendly communities. This report analyses the outcomes.
